Cancellation and Return Policy
The Consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded for service contracts, and for contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the period starts on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes possession of the goods.
However, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods. When determining the withdrawal period:
- For goods that are subject to a single order but delivered separately, the period begins on the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer takes possession of the last item.
For goods consisting of multiple parts, the period begins on the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer takes possession of the last part. - In contracts where goods are delivered regularly for a certain period, the withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer takes possession of the first good.

- The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts related to goods or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or Provider. This applies to contracts related to goods prepared according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs.
Contracts regarding the delivery of perishable goods or goods with an expired shelf life. Contracts for goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, where the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.
Contracts for goods that, by their nature, are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated. Contracts for books, digital content, and computer supplies delivered in physical format, where the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery. Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding subscription contracts.
Contracts for accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be carried out on a specific date or period.
Contracts for services that are immediately executed electronically or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
Contracts for services that have commenced with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
